Round Dance Social – National Day of Action of Missing & Murdered Indigenous Women, Girls and Two Spirit People

Save the date! On February 14th, let us come together to honour the Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women, Girls, and Two-Spirit People (MMIWG2S+) with a Round Dance Social gathering. This day is an opportunity to remember those who have been taken from us and to show our support for the efforts to keep their memory alive.

All are welcome to join us anytime between 6pm and 10pm at the N’amerind Friendship Centre located at 260 Colborne St, London ON. The evening’s activities will include singing, drumming, Strawberry teachings, writing messages of remembrance on Red Dress memorial cards, and participating in a Round Dance. It’s also a chance for meaningful connection among community members. Feel free to bring your drums, rattles, and shakers to share songs.
